Blue Sunflour is a homestyle bakery meant to bring you comfort and joy in your daily lives. I like to use simple (and local ingredients when available) to make delicious food that can be enjoyed with the ones we love. My goal is that my food is not only thoroughly enjoyed, but that it can also be a way to bring people together.

I firmly believe that when we gather together and share food with one another there is something profoundly deep and meaningful that takes place. It allows us an opportunity to take time out of our busy days and spend time with those we love. To share a meal and a conversation. My food is meant to be shared. Shared from me to you and shared with you among your friends and family.

We are located in Colorado Springs and offer local delivery as well as pick-up for all baked goods. We can also do just about anything gluten free as well, all you have to do is ask and we are happy to accomodate!
